Due to a communications mishap, the announcement of the MasterSearch
contest did not appear on the ISTE site until last week. To give all
those folks a chance to get their entry in, we've extended the
deadline to JUNE 7. If you know anyone who was considering entering
the contest but just ran out of time, let them know they've still got
a chance to get their entry in.
So far, we've received about 60 entries, but only three in science or
math. It also looks like we've received just a scant handful in the
junior high division, so any entries for grades 7-9 have a fair shot.
Prizes for the contest winners include:
--a year's membership in ISTE
--a selection of Classroom Connect products or subscriptions chosen
to match the winner's teaching assignment and the winning category
(1st, 2nd, or 3rd place):
Classroom Today (weekly standards-aligned thematic lessons)
Connected University (single or team subscriptions for one year)
American Memory units
